Deploy in 60 Seconds with Rapid ClawThe 4 Rules of OpenClaw Prompts
Before diving into specific prompts, understand these principles that make OpenClaw prompts effective:
1. Be Specific About Location
Tell OpenClaw exactly where files are, what app to use, which folder to save to. Vague = confusion.
2. Break Down Complex Tasks
Use numbered steps. OpenClaw handles multi-step tasks better when you're explicit about the sequence.
3. Specify Output Format
"Save as a Google Doc" is better than "save it somewhere." "Create a CSV with columns A, B, C" beats "make a spreadsheet."
4. Include Error Handling
Tell OpenClaw what to do if something goes wrong. "If the website is down, try again in 1 hour" prevents failed automations.
