Refund Policy

Rapid Claw (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates rapidclaw.dev and app.rapidclaw.dev. This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds and cancellations.

1. No Refunds Policy

All purchases are final. This includes monthly subscription fees, AI token credits, and any add-on purchases.

We do not offer refunds because we provision dedicated cloud infrastructure — including an isolated container, encrypted storage, and compute resources — immediately upon purchase. These resources are allocated exclusively to your account and cannot be reclaimed or resold.

This policy applies to all plans: Chat & Automate ($29/mo), Builder Sandbox ($99/mo), and White-Glove (custom pricing).

2. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal Waiver

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that by subscribing to Rapid Claw and receiving immediate access to your dedicated infrastructure, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).

This waiver is granted because digital service delivery begins immediately upon purchase — your isolated container is provisioned, your AI agent is deployed, and compute resources are allocated within seconds of payment.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month.

After cancellation, your instance remains accessible until the end of the paid period. You then have 30 days to export your data before the instance and all associated data are permanently deleted.

Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.

4. Service Interruptions

If Rapid Claw experiences a service interruption caused by us (not by upstream providers, force majeure, or scheduled maintenance), and the interruption exceeds 24 consecutive hours, we will issue a pro-rated service credit for the downtime period. Service credits are applied to your next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash.

Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via email and do not qualify for service credits.

5. Conflict with Terms of Service

If any provision of this Refund Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service, this Refund Policy takes precedence on matters related to refunds, cancellations, and service credits.
