How secure is Rapid Claw?

Every instance runs in a fully isolated container with its own encrypted filesystem. All connections use TLS 1.3 encryption. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard—takes 10 seconds, no support ticket required. After 3 days, the VPS instance cannot be refunded. Any used AI credits are non-refundable. The rest of your membership will roll through to the end of the current billing month. You have 30 days to export your data before your instance is permanently deleted.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rapid Claw's website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Rapid Claw provides managed cloud hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. We are not affiliated with the OpenClaw project or its maintainers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@rapidclaw.dev if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit malware or conduct cyberattacks; generate spam or unsolicited bulk communications; scrape websites in violation of their terms; engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the service or its users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

5. Payments and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
After 3 days, the VPS instance cost is non-refundable. Used AI token credits are non-refundable regardless of when cancellation occurs.
If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you store in your instance. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The AI agent actions and outputs are generated autonomously. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs before acting on them.
We are not liable for decisions you make based on outputs from your AI agent.

8. Uptime and Service Levels

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. In the event of extended downtime attributable to our infrastructure, we may offer service credits at our discretion.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

The Rapid Claw name, logo, website, and dashboard are our property. You may not use them without written permission.
OpenClaw is an open-source project licensed under MIT. Our service builds upon it in compliance with that licence.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rapid Claw is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
